Meet Thorn! Thorn, Lily, and Leaf are Petal's babies born in our sanctuary. These three rambunctious kids were a totally unexpected, but very welcomed surprise.

When Petal first came to us, this big bellied lady had perfect bloodwork with zero indication that she was pregnant. Over the course of a few weeks, that big belly turned into an even bigger belly.

Out of growing suspicion, we asked our vet to run another blood panel, and sure enough Petal was pregnant!

Three days later she gave birth to our these beautiful babies. 

Thorn is the biggest of the trio, and such a sweet little boy. He loves his mama and his sister Lily, and is never too far away from them. Some of us lovingly refer to Thorn and Leaf as The Shining twins, because they look very similar and are always just standing side by side.
